My name is Jen and I’m a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.

I help everyday people like you to become stronger and fitter so they can live life to the full.

So if you’ve been thinking you need to get back into fitness, want to develop your strength and mobility, and to generally feel better in yourself - then you are in the right place!

It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from—it only matters that you start.

From those taking their first steps toward fitness to those who are more familiar with the gym, there’s always room to move a little more. And that’s where I come in!
